ANIMAL HOTEL

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

This was a project in which Quest dealt with the client directly, with the aesthetics and design concept decided between the end client and Quest Industrial Flooring.

The owner of this business approached Quest directly and explained their plans to refurbish existing kennels, build new ‘pet rooms’ and open a pet hotel. During our initial meeting the varying requirements of each floor zone were outlined by the client, this was also a good opportunity for the client to get answers to some questions which they had. The reception area had to look ‘premium’ but be hard wearing and easy to clean, the various rooms for pets needed to be bright, hard wearing and easy to clean.

OVERVIEW

Following this meeting Quested audited a broad range of floor systems which might be suitable for application with 3 different systems finally being selected. We then met with the client to present the selected systems where the features and benefits of these systems were outlined.

Having approved the systems for installation and colours, Quest began working towards creating the floors which were specified. For any flooring company, the intended use and users of these floor was out of the ordinary but it was a good opportunity to show how adaptable resin flooring can be.

RESULTS

On return visits for an extension and maintenance, its been good to see our canine friends enjoying themselves in the luxury surrounds which Quest had a part in creating.
